Specially designed for Mike Campbell of Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers fame, this signature edition of the Alliance celebrates 40 years of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers. The Duesenberg Alliance Mike Campbell semi-hollow body is an icon of a guitar, complete with a maple build, spruce top and a satisfying green-metallic paintwork polished off with white racing-stripe detailing and, for good measure, the nickel-plate pickguard has also been stamped with Mike's signature. This is one of the most sought-after Duesenberg offerings of all time, so it comes complete with a Duesenberg Custom Line case.

More than enough fire and sparkle is supplied by the light and airy tonal accents of the Domino P-90 mounted at the neck and the PAF-style, full and balanced output of the Grand Vintage Humbucker at the bridge. Flip the three-way pickup switch into the middle position and a special circuit filters out the lower frequencies, pushing up the presence and punch. Mike Campbell has already written rock history with this guitar and, since this edition has been equipped with a Duesenberg Deluxe Tremola Short bridge, the tremolo action is literally off the hook.
